These Terms + Policies apply to services and materials provided by Noelani Astrology. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms applicable to that service.
Readings + scope
Astrology is an interpretive practice intended for reflection, insight, and personal exploration. It does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
I am not a medical astrologer and do not use astrology to diagnose, assess, or advise on medical conditions. I also do not make predictions about death, including its timing or circumstances.
A reading is collaborative. I bring the astrology, timing, and patterns I see in your chart. You bring your lived experience, context, and choices. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
No particular outcome, event, prediction, or result is guaranteed.
Birth information + third-party charts
Please provide birth information as accurately as possible. The accuracy of chart calculations and timing depends on the information provided.
Please do not submit another person's birth information unless that person has given permission for their chart to be read.
Privacy + recording
Sessions include a private recording unless otherwise arranged. By participating in a recorded session, you consent to the recording.
Your chart, intake responses, session, recording, and personalized materials will not be publicly shared without your permission.

Tarot + oracle
A session may include tarot or oracle. These are offered as reflective or divinatory practices and are not presented as proof of a fixed or inevitable outcome.
Cancellations + rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled paid session are eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the session may be moved to another available time.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within 48 hours are non-refundable because preparation and chart study may already have been completed.
For sessions redeemed through The Astrology Year, cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the session retain the session credit.
A late cancellation, late rescheduling request, or no-show for an Astrology Year session may result in that session credit being considered used.
Once a session has taken place, the fee for that completed service is non-refundable.
Your recordings + personalized materials
Your recording and personalized What's on the Horizon guide are created for your personal use.
You may save, print, and revisit your materials.
Unless you have written permission from Noelani Astrology, personalized guides, recordings, written interpretations, course materials, worksheets, and other original materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, republished, taught from, commercially exploited, or sold.
The Astrology Year
What it includes
The Astrology Year is a 12-month continuing astrology service for clients who have already completed an Initial Astrology + Tarot reading.
It includes four 60-minute Seasonal Astrology Sessions, each with preparation in advance, a recording, and a personalized What's on the Horizon follow-up guide.
Sessions are intended to take place seasonally, approximately every three months. Exact timing is flexible. We may choose another date when your chart or your actual life gives us a more useful moment to meet.
Your Astrology Year begins on the date of purchase. The four sessions are intended to be scheduled and used within the 12-month term.
Payment
The total price of The Astrology Year is $900.
You may pay:
$900 in full, or
12 consecutive monthly payments of $75.
The monthly option is an installment plan toward the $900 purchase price. It is not a month-to-month membership and does not include one session every month.
If you choose the monthly payment plan, you authorize 12 recurring monthly charges of $75 to the payment method provided. The plan ends after the 12th payment and does not automatically renew.
Scheduling + session credits
Your Astrology Year includes four Seasonal Astrology Session credits.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session retain that session credit.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within 48 hours may result in that session credit being considered used because preparation and chart study may already have been completed.
Unused session credits expire at the end of your 12-month Astrology Year unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
Ending the Astrology Year early
If circumstances change and you need to end The Astrology Year before the 12-month term is complete, contact me directly.
Sessions already completed will be recalculated at the current Returning Client Astrology + Tarot rate of $250 per completed session rather than the discounted Astrology Year rate.
Amounts already paid will be applied toward the value of services received.
If the value of completed services exceeds the amount paid, the outstanding balance must be paid when the plan is closed.
If the amount paid exceeds the value of completed services, any eligible remaining balance will be refunded, less nonrefundable processing fees where permitted by law.
Unused Astrology Year credits are canceled when early termination is finalized.
Failed payments
If a scheduled installment cannot be processed, future Seasonal Astrology Sessions may be paused until the payment plan is brought current.
If something unexpected affects your ability to continue, please contact me directly.
Renewal
The Astrology Year and its 12-payment installment plan do not automatically renew after the 12-month term.
If we decide to continue working together for another year, a new Astrology Year may be purchased separately.
Website + Purchases
Content on noelaniastrology.com, including original writing, graphics, guides, educational materials, course materials, and other original content, belongs to Noelani Astrology or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may view the site's publicly available content for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially distribute original Noelani Astrology materials without permission.
I may update services, prices, policies, and website content over time. Changes do not retroactively change the terms of a purchase already completed unless required by law or agreed to by both parties.
Third-party platforms used to operate the business may have their own terms and policies.
