I wish I had a cooler origin story, the kind where I found an astrology book at thirteen and never put it down. Mine started later. I found astrology in my mid-twenties, after my divorce, when everything I thought I knew about the American dream had come apart. I wasn't looking for astrology so much as I was looking for myself.

Two years later I enrolled at the Faculty of Astrological Studies, and I've been studying ever since.

What kept happening once I started booking readings is that I would pay a few hundred dollars and know within two minutes that the astrologer was seeing my chart for the first time. I had filled out the intake form, I was sitting right there, and we were both watching them read it live.

So I built my practice around the opposite.

By the time we meet, I have already studied your chart, I have already traced the timing that has been running underneath it for years, and I have already found the periods I want to ask you about and the reason I am asking.

That coaching training is also why I'll ask you as many questions as I answer. It shaped how I listen.
Astrology is still the method. I'm just not interested in being the only one talking.

I love astrology because I love people.

As a mother to a Hawaiian Brady bunch of six, and after years working in nonprofit, I believe in using what we know to build something better, and I think that has to start with yourself. From there, I don't think it's an accident who shows up: big hearts, curious minds, people with something they want to leave behind.

Astrologers love to argue about fate versus free will. I believe it's both. You're dealt a hand, and then it's on you to play it well.
