At Noelani Astrology, I am committed to providing exceptional service and support to my clients. I understand that circumstances may change, and I aim to accommodate your needs to the best of my ability. Please review my refund policy below:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with Noelani Astrology up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any fees or penalties.

  2. Refund Eligibility: Clients who cancel their appointment within the 48-hour window are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

  3. Refund Process: To cancel or reschedule an appointment and request a refund, clients must contact Noelani Astrology directly via email at noelani@noelaniastrology.com or by phone at 808-755-8613. Refund requests will be processed promptly, and clients will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.

  4. No Refunds After Service: Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time or after the service has been provided. Once the appointment has taken place, fees are non-refundable.

  5. Credit Towards Future Services: In lieu of a refund, clients may opt to receive a credit towards future services with Noelani Astrology. This credit will be valid for a specified period and can be used for any available service offerings.

Rescheduling Policy:

  1. Rescheduling Requests: Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with Noelani Astrology up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any fees.

  2. Availability: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Noelani Astrology.

  3. Late Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be accommodated at my discretion, but are not guaranteed.
